Services

Customised programmes to develop your people, teams and leaders, in five areas.

Managing self

Careers rarely stall for lack of technical skill. They stall when habits that were once strengths become liabilities: the high performer who cannot delegate, the perfectionist who misses deadlines, the conflict-avoider who lets problems fester, the expert who talks over others.

Managing Self is the discipline of spotting these derailers early, understanding their triggers, and choosing a different response before they cost you a promotion, a team or your credibility.

In the AI age, judgment, emotional regulation, ethical clarity and trust-building are your differentiators. We help you stay curious about change, set boundaries with technology, know which decisions must stay human, and keep your energy and purpose steady.

Programmes: Professional Self-Management and Self-Mastery for executives, mid-level managers, supervisors and team leaders. Tools: MBTI, DISC, The Leadership Challenge and Belbin Team Roles.

Managing teams

New and experienced managers and supervisors need leadership and managerial skills to lift morale and team performance, foster engagement, improve retention and win team buy-in in an increasingly complex, AI-driven workplace.

Our team-building programmes start with a diagnosis of team issues and lead to targeted interventions. Team building should never be a once-off event that is forgotten the next day. Tools: Team Psychological Safety, MBTI, DISC and Belbin Team Roles.

Developing strong HR programmes

Learning & Development should sit upstream in the corporate planning of any organisation. We build HR and learning systems your people will actually use, built into your business plan.

When people systems break, teams disengage, resignations climb and leaders burn out. I help CEOs close the performance gaps that hold the business back.

My work starts with a diagnosis of where performance falls short and why. I then design a customised programme, which may be a redesigned work process, an engagement effort, skills development for managers, or a mix. I coach your HR team alongside so the function can carry the work forward.

I have built HR systems, competency frameworks, talent management and leadership development frameworks, mentoring and customer service programmes, and have facilitated 3-5 year corporate planning retreats for Boards, senior management and teams. Leadership development works best when it is holistic and sustained, with a clear framework and practices such as mentoring and training, not a big-bang programme that ends in a whimper.

Executive coaching

Executive coaching helps a high-potential employee raise performance and motivation. It can also give an organisation and an employee early clarity when the fit is wrong, so they part on good terms.

Career coaching

If you feel stuck, have not been promoted for years, or are not getting interviews, we offer CV review and interview preparation. We use Designing Your Life tools to clarify your career aspirations and purpose, and to manage your energy and priorities.
